About This Course

The Practice is a self-paced meditation and breathwork course designed to is a self-led meditation and breathwork course designed to help you build and integrate a meditation practice into your own life and in a way that feels best for you. I wanted to create this space for you to not just teach you about meditation and breathwork, but to support you in accessing and embodying the best version of you through these incredibly powerful modalities.
